PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER
WARE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS seeking person to provide and promote the County through communication, advertising and public relations activities to ensure the overall mission, objectives and key messages are communicated accurately and effectively; also conduct market research studies when needed and ensure that all projects and programs are within budget. Will be responsible for design, development and implementing long-term, strategic, countywide Public Information, marketing and public relations plans for promotional and educational purposes. Person must possess a high degree of initiative and independent judgment and serve as spokesperson when designated. Excellent benefit package with salary based on education and experience.
